You’re my hero You are the reason why I get up in the morning You fight for me and this ****ed up world The world that just Don’t give a **it They go on their lives Not caring that people Are dying for us So I get down on my knees And yell out “god help this World realize what is going on. Show Them what families are going through.” I think about you over there Killing and risking your life You’re my hero You’re the reason Why I have a smile on my face Knowing that you are brave A soldier who loves this world You are my hero You’re the reason For the love I have In this breaking heart of Mine. I worry about You constantly wondering When you will come home When will I know you are Safe, with your wife, and with Your family Ricky, brother of mine You are my hero The reason why I look up to you the most. The reason why I run to you When I scared When I need advice Or just a shoulder to cry on You are my hero The soldier who is brave And giving his life up To protect this ****ed up world That don’t give a **it About what is happening to the soldiers
