I walk in through the front door
I see everyone, there’s people laughing
People drinking, People dancing
Music louder than your ears could stand

I’m offered what I know is wrong
But I still decide to take it
The drugs began to peak
A smile comes upon my face
It feels different now

As time passes the joy seems to fade,
My breathe seems to shorten,
My heartbeats pound softer
I start to panic

My fingers start trembling
My body starts shaking
I’m lying on the floor

My hopes and dreams forgotten
Her smile seems to be distant
Memories feel deceased
Suddenly my heart just stops

Nice poem... it made me tear up when i read it...its a very nice poem.. it reminds of something that happened to someone i knew..
Dont let me die alone....
